Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original Lucié gift box and secure it inside a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
